The Peter Wright Mamba 2 Steel Tip Darts feature a 90% tungsten composition and a PVD Green Effect, making them both durable and stylish. With a triple groove pattern and buttress grooves, these darts provide an aggressive yet subtle grip. The set also comes with extra thick player flights and Nitrotech Polycarbonate Medium Stems. Designed with Peter Wright's perfection in mind, these darts are a reflection of his personality on stage

On Point verdict

Mamba 2 is a good candidate for players who deliberately want a high-grip, straight barrel. Its triple groove pattern and buttress cuts are the practical features to compare, with the green PVD effect adding the visual character. We’d approach it more cautiously if you usually prefer light texture or a smoother finger contact.

Point fitting

Check the original fitting before replacing points. Standard press-fit points require suitable repointing equipment; do not use threaded Swiss, Quick Point or EVO replacements. Read the point compatibility guide.
