Target Japan
Shop Target Japan darts in Australia and compare individual barrel designs by weight, length, maximum diameter and grip position. The range includes distinctive machining and player models; check each product's point system and supplied components before choosing accessories.
Mizu 01 vs Mizu 03: the same weight, a different shape
Both of these Mizu steel tip sets use 90% tungsten barrels and are listed at 24g, but their dimensions give you two different starting points.
| Model | 24g barrel dimensions | Shape and grip details |
|---|---|---|
| Mizu 01 | 52.00mm × 6.85mm | Front-tapered profile, pixel-cut centre and metallic blue coating |
| Mizu 03 | 48.50mm × 7.45mm | Shorter torpedo profile with ring cuts and pixel grip |
The Mizu 01 is longer and slimmer; the Mizu 03 gives you a shorter, wider barrel at the same listed weight. Compare those measurements with your current set and where your fingers sit. Neither shape is automatically better for every throw.
What to check before buying Target Japan darts
Confirm the selected weight, grip location and point specification on the exact listing. Do not assume every Target Japan model accepts Swiss Points: Target specifies Target Swiss Points for its Swiss Point barrels. Our Swiss Point compatibility guide also explains our practical experience with Harrows Quick Point barrels and the checks needed before mixing systems. Check the rear shaft fitting separately when choosing flights and shafts.
Use our Target Japan buying guide for a wider comparison checklist, or the barrel shape and grip guide to narrow your preferred profile. You can also browse the broader Target darts range and Target K-Flex. Product pages show current options and availability.
