Take down your opponent with these Connor Scutt Darts. ‘The Sniper’ announced himself with a run to a Players Championship semi-final in his first year with a PDC tour card in 2022.
Scutt’s V2 player darts feature a 90% tungsten barrel with a tapered front nose along with a fully contoured grip section and a rear tapered back section. The design incorporates a completely smooth barrel with one section of micro grip in the rear scallop and is finished off with silica coating, which enhances the feel and grip of the barrel.
The barrel leads to a Mission Sabre shaft in black which keeps the flight in place. The dart is complete with a black point and the Mission logo is laser-etched into the rear of the barrel.
Scutt V2 is a particularly useful comparison for players who enjoy mostly smooth, contoured barrels. The rear scallop contains a small micro-grip section, with silica coating adding surface texture elsewhere. We’d check whether that rear recess matches your finger position rather than assume every part of the barrel offers the same grip.
