The Winmau Blackout incorporates precision-engineering and classic style to produce a dart with stunning performance characteristics and a perfect balance. Manufactured from Winmau’s unrivalled 90% tungsten technology, this dart won’t leave you in the dark on the oche!

On Point verdict

Blackout is worth considering if you want a straight, centre-weighted barrel with a fairly restrained ring grip. We’d choose it for that familiar profile rather than a highly sculpted contact area. Compare the diameter of the listed heavier model with your usual darts, as barrel width remains important even when the shape looks familiar.

Point fitting

Check the original fitting before replacing points. Standard press-fit points require suitable repointing equipment; do not use threaded Swiss, Quick Point or EVO replacements. Read the point compatibility guide.
