Target Scope range at a glance

The Target Scope range contains four 90% tungsten steel-tip dart designs. All four use Target Swiss Points, short Pro Grip Tag shafts and Scope-edition Pro Ultra flights. The main differences are the barrel profile, dimensions, grip machining and available weights.

Model Barrel profile Available weights Barrel length and diameter
Scope 01 Straight 22g, 23g, 24g, 25g 53mm long; 6.25mm to 6.65mm diameter

The exact diameter varies by weight. Check the individual product page before ordering so you are comparing the correct variant.

Shared components

  • Three 90% tungsten barrels.
  • Three 26mm smooth Swiss Points and a Swiss Point Tool.
  • Three short Pro Grip Tag shafts, listed as 34mm.
  • Three Scope-edition Pro Ultra No.6 flights.

Swiss Points use Target's threaded point system. Replacement points need to be compatible with the Swiss Point barrel.

How the four barrel designs differ

Scope 01

Scope 01 uses a straight 53mm barrel with radial grooves at the front and nano grooves towards the rear. It is the narrowest Scope design in this comparison, depending on the selected weight.

Scope 02

Scope 02 uses a 50mm barrel with a tapered nose. Its published specification lists radial grooves at the front and nano grooves towards the rear.

Scope 03

Scope 03 has a bullet-shaped barrel. The 21g and 23g versions are listed at 45mm long, while the 25g version is 47mm long.

Scope 04

Scope 04 uses a tapered 52mm barrel. Its available variants are 22g, 23g and 24g.

Which Target Scope model should you choose?

Use measurable differences first: weight, barrel length, maximum diameter, shape and the position of the grip cuts. Then compare the product photos with where you normally hold the dart. No barrel profile guarantees tighter groups or better scoring; suitability depends on the individual throw and setup.
