The Dimitri Van den Bergh Generation 1 steel tip dart has been designed alongside the ‘Dream Maker’ to his exact requirements. The result is a beautifully designed 90% tungsten dart which suits a variety of grips.

The straight barrel is tapered at the nose and has radial grooves running throughout the rear and centre of the barrel. The dart has been hand sandblasted to give the barrel a two-toned look with milling to provide grip.

Completing this Generation 1 dart is a Pro Grip sand, Dimitri’s No6 Flight and DX Swiss Points

On Point verdict

Dimitri's Generation 1 is worth considering if you hold around the centre or rear and prefer radial grooves there. The straight barrel has a tapered nose, giving the front a different contour without a full-length change in shape. Choose it for that placement of grip rather than assuming every signature model suits every hold.

Point fitting

Target Swiss Point barrels accept Target Swiss Points or compatible Harrows Quick Points. Swiss Points also fit compatible Harrows Quick Point barrels. Use the tool specified for the point fitted and check the exact point/barrel combination.
