Target Japan Sirius G3 is Yuta Hayashi's 90% tungsten steel tip model. Its hybrid straight-and-torpedo outline has a distinct step around the middle, giving the fingers a shaped reference point.

Knurled radial detail towards the front provides another contact area to compare with your grip. The steel tip set uses silver Swiss Nano points and No.6 K-Flex integrated flights and shafts.

Included with the set

  • Three 90% tungsten barrels.
  • Silver Swiss Nano points.
  • No.6 K-Flex integrated flights and shafts.
  • Swiss Point tool.

Use the supplied tool when changing compatible points. Check the exact point fitting when choosing replacements.

On Point verdict

Sirius G3 is a useful option if you want a clear step in the barrel to mark your grip position. Its hybrid straight-and-torpedo profile and knurled sections provide several contact cues, including towards the front. Check that central step against your natural hold; it is the defining feature rather than a neutral, uninterrupted contour.

Point fitting

Target Swiss Point barrels accept Target Swiss Points or compatible Harrows Quick Points. Swiss Points also fit compatible Harrows Quick Point barrels. Use the tool specified for the point fitted and check the exact point/barrel combination.
